Ability to build, implement and make changes when required, improve performance and ensure collaboration. Support business needs & apply Leadership and Influencing skills which derive savings & benefits for the organization. I am a member of the Transnet integrated Supply Chain Management Council (iSCM) & National Acquisition Council (NAC). I am a person who identifies cost saving opportunities, collaborates with others with good interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and encourage others through learning by doing, skills transfer mentorship and coaching. I was part of the TGC Interim Leadership Team looking after Procurement. I occasionally acted in the GM Procurement and PSS role.

Project Management of the Socio-economic Development implementation in Rand Water infrastructure project Oct 2019 – 31 Mar 2022. Led the contract management and Enterprise and Supplier Development stream at GDoH. Led contract management stream diagnosis for Conlog (Pty) Ltd SCM Turn-around strategy on behalf of Imperium Solutions. Led the contract management stream for the SCM Intervention Project at SIOC CDT on behalf of Impela Consulting. Led the development and crafting of SCM Policy, Standard Operating Procedure, DoA framework, Terms of reference for the SCM committees (BEC; BAC and BSC), RFP and RFQ templates, submission templates etc for Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa. Project management of internship programme of GDoH.
